Y4S Forum at ADSW 2026

Hosted by Masdar, Y4S delivered a dynamic program that brought together 95 speakers across 42 sessions, including Heads of State, Ministers, industry leaders, academics, and innovators. By creating direct access to global decision-makers and thought leaders. Held under the theme 'Nexus of Next: Youth at the Forefront', the hub showcased the global impact of the program. Amplifying the role of young people driving progress across sustainability, innovation, and future economic systems.

The action-packed three days included the Y4S Forum which welcomed addresses by the esteemed heads of state from Seychelles, Serbia, and Albania, where they shared insights on global collaboration and empowering the next generation of changemakers. The program also featured keynote addresses, panels, interactive talks, and youth-led sessions focused on AI and sustainability, ethical leadership and governance, future skills, education and youth employment, and well-being, sports, and community resilience.

Dynamic Youth Connect sessions built practical skills and leadership through hands-on workshops, while Talent Connect enabled youth direct access to internships and employment opportunities. Out-of-Labs brought youth-led and research-driven solutions closer to partners and real-world application.

Beyond the forum, the Podcast amplified youth voices and thought leadership, while the Majlis enabled meaningful dialogue between youth and leaders, shaping perspectives, partnerships and future-focused solutions.
